Job Type Full-timeDescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate within the dealership.

Make customer service appointmentsLook up customer service records and advise of services and warranty accordinglyVerify customer vehicle statusConduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner on the phone or in person with customers, vendors, clients, and job candidates.

Take messages and deliver to appropriate dealership associate.
May be responsible for clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.

May be responsible for general administrative/support staff duties as assigned by ManagementRequirementsQualifications:

High school diploma or the equivalentReceive inbound inquiries, routing calls to appropriate staff and making inbound appointmentsPatient and pleasant when faced with challenging customersMust speak, read and write English clearly.

Bilingual is a plus, but not requiredAutomotive experience a plus, but not requiredTeam player - dependableYou type WPM in order to capture new customer information efficientlyComfort and familiarity with using and learning various software applications

Working Conditions:
Working conditions are consistent with working in an officeSalary Description $18 / hour + bonus opportunity
