Description

Four Hands Art Studio is seeking an
Forklift Operator to join our talented production team We are a fine print studio that works with a talented pool of independent artists from all around the world.

We specialize in everything in between, from the design to the production and shipping of our curated art pieces.

With only one goal in mind, to create seamless art reproductions with only the highest quality materials for our well-valued customers.

In This Role:

Load and unload delivery trucks
Ensure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Identify safety hazards in the workplace
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Ensure warehouse, dock, and parking lot areas are maintained and clean
Assist the packaging team as needed
Keep staging areas clean and organized
Work cross functionally with other departments to meet company goals and objectives
Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person:

High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred
Ability to work through continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and reaching in a production environment hours per day
Physically able to lift and carry over 50lb
Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and/or required
Good communication skills and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and desire to contribute to a team environment
