$60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Developing and improving pharmaceutical processes to meet the needs of our clients and to comply with regulations
Document Management (SOP)
Revising and approving procedures
Handle request for changes to procedures
Client audits and inspection
Management of deviations and complaints and work with responsible parties to ensure timely completion
Lead and conduct thorough investigations
Determines and oversees CAPA
Manage and conduct internal audit program, including scheduling, execution, and reporting
Follow-up of qualification of equipment, premises, and computerized systems (approve protocols, reports, and qualification procedures)
Inspect production records (batch records, bar code labels, inspection sheets) for the release of production batches
Communication of quality information to all employees
Training employees on quality assurance standard and processes
Archiving of quality documents
Writing of Validation Master Plan
Management of subcontractors (approve/ verify the quality specifications of subcontractors and suppliers, qualification, and follow-up of action plans)
Management of implementation of quality risks processes and their review Implementation of annual quality reviews and performance indicators, personnel file (job description, training forms), change control, reviews
Provide quality reports to the management
Position may requires occasional on-call hours
