Position: We are currently looking for a dedicated Linux Engineer to support our government clients in Herdon, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

Identifying technical trends in IT and understanding business requirements
Applying project management models for development efforts
Supporting Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC)
Using Digital Twin for virtual designs
Ensuring systems comply with technical architecture
Keeping management informed of project status
Assisting teams in program management reviews

Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with an adjudicated Polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
11 years of experience with Linux, Ansible, System Automation, Eclipse, Git Hub, Dev Ops, Java, Python
Experience in security review of applications and infrastructure
4+ years of agile experience
Cloud-based services experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse skills
Strong mentoring abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with infrastructure automation technologies like Docker, Vagrant
Experience with build automation technologies like Maven, Jenkins
Experience with REST, SOAP, scripting languages like Perl, Python, etc.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML)
Experience in Security Development Operations (SecDevOps)

Clearance Level: Full security clearance - TS/SCI with an adjudicated Polygraph

Work Schedule: Full-time onsite at a designated facility
