Your responsibilities:

Independent execution of monthly payroll and time management for a defined group of employees Consulting and support of internal customers in all tax, social security, and collective bargaining law issues Ensuring reports to social and pension insurance providers, employers' liability insurance association, statistical office, etc.

Correspondence with authorities, tax offices, health insurance companies, and social security providers Processing of all necessary personnel documents from hiring to employee departure Handling and processing of company pension schemes Preparation of certificates and correspondence with employees and external parties Administrative tasks in the HR department, such as personnel file and master data maintenance, as well as time management support Participation in digitalization projects in the HR department Your qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial training Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting - ideally with PAISY Experience in time management - ideally with Zeus Good knowledge of income tax and social security law, as well as collective bargaining and labor law - ideally in the metal and electrical industry - Proficient in using MS Office applications
