Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a trainee retail salesperson (m/f/d) at Takko Fashion. With over 1,900 stores in 17 countries across Europe, our stores are at the heart of our company.

If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy providing excellent customer service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a trainee at Takko Fashion, you will not just be stocking shelves or making coffee.

Instead, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers and learning all aspects of the textile retail industry.


Your responsibilities will include working in one of our Takko Fashion stores, where you will gain hands-on experience in all areas of retail, from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising.

You will also receive theoretical training at a local vocational school.


Throughout your 3-year training program, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and even assume a leadership role in your department.

In your final year, you will receive additional training in areas such as inventory and personnel management, preparing you to potentially step in for the store manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.

You should also have a good sense of fashion and be able to provide helpful advice to friends, family, and customers.

Additionally, you should be a team player and have a flexible schedule, as you may be required
