We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Commercial Collections Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Commercial Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial collections process, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the commercial collections process, including setting goals, establishing workflows, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Manage a team of collections specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team success.
  • Review and analyze aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and identify potential risks.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to address outstanding balances, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer concerns and improve the overall collections process.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial collections and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into collection activities and performance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial collections, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial credit and collections principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collections software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior management.

$75,000.00 per year
