Machine and Plant Operator at BorgWarner in South Mount Vernon

During your training, you will go through the most important departments and areas of our company according to the guidelines of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). In order for you to gain practical experience, you will be involved in both day-to-day operations and smaller projects throughout your entire training. Experienced and motivated training officers will support and guide you in each department.

You can expect the following tasks:

Setting up production machines and assembly systems
Controlling and monitoring processes
Conducting quality checks
Taking corrective action in case of malfunctions
Assembling components and final products
Maintaining and servicing machines and systems
