    Leadership Role in Patient Care

    This role leads the provision of patient care using the nursing process within established guidelines. The nurse delegates effectively manages resources, prioritizes tasks and adapts behavior to meet diverse patient needs.

    • Uses data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes
    • Communicates and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams

    Clinical Expertise

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; certifications like BLS from AHA are also necessary
