    As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical ICU at Ochsner Health, you will be leading the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act. You will effectively delegate, direct and assist licensed and ancillary team members; assume accountability for quality patient outcomes; exhibit sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in all interactions.

    • Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate for diverse patients
    • Communicate with interdisciplinary teams effectively
