Role:
Structural Designer


Location:
Houston, TX

Full-Time/Permanent


Requirements:


  • 2+ years previous structural design experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Ability to read and interpret residential architectural blueprint
- familiar with IRC, IBC, WFCM, ASCE, PTI and NDS code standards

  • Identify design discrepancies and communicate the design changes required to the builder and architect.
  • Ability to create details under limited supervision
  • Understanding of building envelope requirements
  • Strong writing/grammar skills
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with Architects, Builders, and Owners
  • Demonstrated strong organization and time management, which includes the ability to multitask and run multiple projects concurrently
  • Must be willing to work overtime
  • Possesses leadership skills and team work attitude
  • Punctual, polite and professional manner required
  • Detail oriented
- strong attention to detail

  • Eligible to work in the United States

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
