Exciting Locum Tenens Opportunity in Ohio Are you an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon looking for a unique and rewarding locum tenens opportunity? This assignment presents a chance to showcase your skills and make a positive impact during the holiday season.
The facility is looking for a dedicated provider to handle a varied number of patients per shift in a department with 6 beds.
The facility does not mandate hospital or surgery center privileges, and temporary privileges are available if necessary.MANDATED Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery, ACLS, BLS, and ABLS certifications
Support Staff and Specialties:
The locum tenens coverage will include supervision of one advance practice provider (PA/NP). The provider will work with a team of 12 office staff members. No resident or teaching supervision is required. Ohio offers a mix of urban and suburban landscapes, with cultural attractions and outdoor activities to explore. Phone consults are minimal, ranging from 0-3, and the call ratio is 1:3.
During the call shift, the provider is expected to see 1-3 patients, with a call-back percentage of less than 5.
