Join us at Pelican Bay:

Assistance with processing offers and orders, as well as technical problem solving over the phone and on-site
Technical advice on GESTRA electronic products/trade goods and technical support for designated GESTRA electronic product groups
Support with commissioning, after-sales service, and field service
Management of small, product-related projects
Approximately 10% travel required

What you bring:

Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Experience with electronic safety devices and BUS technology, as well as knowledge of PLC programming and switchgear design
Customer-oriented behavior, with previous experience in customer contact
Fluent in written and spoken English
