    Shifts:

    • Monday & Wednesday and Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
    * *Six year old male

    • SMARD1 (Spinal Muscular Atrophy with Respiratory Distress)
    • His family is looking for skilled nurses to take care of him in his Cambridge home (LPN/RN – experience with patients like him is what matters most). He receives additional breathing support with a cough assist machine and gets regular nebulizer treatments to keep him in tip-top respiratory health. Lex is in really good shape because his family and caregivers all work hard and proactively as a team to keep him in his best health. Lex and his family live in East Cambridge but have a guest parking pass and can also put your license on a long-term home care parking pass, so parking isn't a big deal. Northeast ARC-Clinical Services is a home care agency out of Danvers that specializes in Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. we provide block nursing in shifts anywhere from 2-16 hours at a time. We work 1-on-1 with a patient in their home, school, or community setting. We help families navigate the complexities of their loved one's medical care, ensuring patients stay at home and out of the hospital. Our primary goal is to assist in allowing parents/children/spouses to maintain THAT role instead of being their Loved one's primary "nurse".
    • We are always looking for more nurses to join our team-RNs, LPNs and new grads are all welcome. Worried about "losing skills" like the homecare myth would have you believe? Our cases run the gamut from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. While our primary focus is helping to manage complex medical care at home, our equally important goal is to ensure our patient's social-emotional health & well-being. We have many families looking for nursing help and get new referrals all the time. There simply aren't enough nurses to care for them all.
