The Position

  • You will be responsible for setting up, commissioning, and operating our stateoftheart stamping and forming equipment, as well as followup compound tools
  • Your proactive approach will increase productivity by controlling the equipment and monitoring production processes
  • Quality assurance through first piece inspections and documentation of production data
  • Continuous production monitoring and troubleshooting. Your quick response to issues will minimize downtime
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes.
Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in metalworking or relevant work experience
  • Work experience in stamping and forming or sheet metal processing
  • Good technical understanding, ability to read technical drawings, measure and inspect precision components
  • Independent and reliable work ethic, as well as teamwork skills
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in shifts as part of a fixed shift team.
