Currently, we are filling the position of "Sales Assistant / Sales Consultant in Full-Time" (m / f / d) for a luxury fashion company at their store in Hamburg (city center).

Your Profile

  • Ideally completed training in retail, a commercial apprenticeship, or a degree in textile business management
  • Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the luxury segment (fashion / lifestyle)
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, additional languages are a plus
  • Team player with excellent sales and communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation

Your Tasks

  • Sales of highquality collections and accessories (shoes, bags, etc.)
  • You act as a fashion expert and representative of the brand, understand the needs of demanding customers, and offer high levels of service and sales advice
  • Building and maintaining a regular customer base
  • Achieving monthly sales budgets
