Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

**Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails
**Time Management**: Respond promptly within set time standards, Check Order Status, Inventory, and Track Shipments
**Product Support**: Provide Product Information, Pricing, and more
**Email Management**: Review, Analyze, and Process emails within response-time standards
**Order Processing**: Handle QA Requests, Process orders, credits, and return authorizations
**Issue Resolution**: Research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
**Order Handling**: Process XML & EDI Orders, Demo Requests, Warranty & Replacement Orders
**Purchase Orders**: Cancel/Revise Purchase Orders when necessary, Check inventory levels
**Communication**: Correspond with Corporate's Product & Pricing Coordinator
**Portal Management**: Process Corporate Portal Customer Requests
**Meeting Support**: Attend daily/weekly meetings as required
**Reporting**: Review Reports as needed
**Appointment Scheduling**: Facilitate Showroom Walk-In Appointments, Assist customers in the showroom
**Support Programs**: Support Literature Program operations
**Document Management**: File Documents following local guidelines
**Ad hoc Tasks**: Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong problem-solving abilities
**Attention to Detail**: Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and handle related queries effectively
**Time Management**: Ability to multi-task, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines effectively

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience/training; or military equivalent
