Ennoble First is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to support a cybersecurity opportunity for the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Panama City, FL.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Cyber Security Specialist will provide information assurance (IA), and cybersecurity support to maintain and achieve Interim Authorization to Operate (IATOs) and Authorization to Operate (ATO) for these weapons systems, training, and maintenance systems in accordance with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Additionally, they will assist with system maintenance, IA, and cybersecurity support on the Mine Warfare (MIW) and Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) Labs, including Patch support, Risk Management Framework support and management, and IA Accreditation.
Evaluate new network management technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding the integration of these technologies into the existing network.
Analyze Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) requirements to determine applicability to existing systems.Technical Analysis support of third–party application
Maintain all RMF documentation and accreditations using the guidance of CNSSI 1253 and DODINST to ensure all information is accurate.
Complete annual security review required by RMF.Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
US citizenship.
Active Secret Clearance.
At least (9) years' experience in DoD Risk Management Framework and Information Assurance (IA) security compliance policies, programs, processes, and metrics.
Familiarity with networked systems, maintaining a network switch, and remote updating of those systems.Familiarity with Comprehensive Information Technology Inventory (CITI) and making changes to that system.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification. Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Redhat, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Certification preferred.
Linux Certification preferred.
