This is a building with 2 staircases, A and B, that do not have an elevator or a pool. Staircase A has 3 ground floors, 2 first floors, 2 second floors, and 2 third floors. Staircase B is the same as A. Although there are 2 staircases, the expenses are shared, meaning that if staircase A spends 10€ on electricity and staircase B spends 15€, it is not separated. It is a total of 25€ for electricity expenses that are divided among all residents, and the same goes for repairs, water, etc.- Community type: Private
