Overview:

Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other computerized systems.
  • Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and proofreading documents.
  • Assist with administrative duties including managing schedules and appointments.
  • Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks.
  • Support office management by coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Welcome visitors and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for data entry tasks.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Google Suite.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk is a plus.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
