We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support our IGTE Experts series as a contractor Producer/Scheduler.

Offering a pay range of $20-$26 per hour, this role is an exceptional opportunity for students, early-career professionals, and energy enthusiasts who are keen to dive deep into the energy sector.

In this position, you will expand your professional network extensively and gain profound insights into the energy transition.

As a virtual member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying potential guests, managing schedules, and conducting thorough research to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and insightful within the context of energy transition discussions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling**: Utilize the Calendly app to manage interview schedules, adhering to predetermined days and times set each week for recording sessions. You are expected to dynamically manage this schedule to facilitate a seamless process for both guests and the production team.

- Research: Conduct basic research on guests and topics by reviewing corporate websites, conducting internet searches, utilizing AI tools to assess content relevance, and validating the information collected. This preparatory work is crucial for producing insightful and engaging interviews.

- Workflow Management: Engage in weekly IGTE experts planning meetings to discuss target topics and guests. Upon a guest's acceptance of our invitation, you will share a scheduling link, a preparatory worksheet, and a short video to assist them in preparing for the interview. Your tasks will include completing a Microsoft Form to compile background information for the hosts and potentially joining recording sessions as a producer, depending on your availability.

- Guest Follow-Up: Post-recording, reach out to guests with information on how to access and share their segment, fostering a continuous engagement cycle that extends well beyond their initial appearance. Our strategy involves viewing guest interaction as a lifecycle, with a 24-month plan for ongoing engagement, in which you will play a significant role.
