For our client in Wuppertal, we are currently seeking an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Our client is a well-known office supply company and the position is intended for direct hire.

Your responsibilities at our client...

Providing serviceoriented support to users in 1st and 2nd level support
Administration, development, and monitoring of our IT system landscape (clients, servers, and network infrastructure)
Management/configuration of Microsoft 365 cloud (Entrada, Exchange Online, Security)
Planning, configuration, and monitoring of virtualized infrastructure (VMware)
Management of backup and disaster recovery (preferably Veeam)
Planning and implementation of specific requirements in the field of IT security

What you should bring...

Completed training as an IT system administrator or equivalent
At least 3 years of professional experience in the abovementioned tasks
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory & GPOs, VMware vSphere
Basic knowledge of routing, switching/VLAN, VPN & firewall (Sophos)
