Description

Responsibilities:

Enter leases for all ABM Industry Groups and financial information.
Enter all financial adjustments needed in costar for rent and other expenses as directed by senior accountant or supervisor.
Make any adjustments to abstract information as directed by senior accountant or supervisor.
Update changes to the financial for MTM leases and other cost such as CAM and real estate cost, upload supporting documentation into costar.
Maintain the payment file for leases being submitted to AP.
Setup new business units for leases.
Maintain vendor information in costar.
Upload invoices into costar.
Setup utilities account for new leases.
Reconcile cash accounts and prepare journal entries.

Experience:

Bachelor degree or equivalent
0 to 2 year of fixed asset, data entry, record keeping or clerical experience
Accounting experience is a plus
Advanced knowledge of excel (vlookup and pivot table required)
Strong team player
Oracle knowledge a plus
