We are currently seeking an
Industrial Clerk / Electrician (m/f/d) as Coordinator (m/f/d) for Business Processes in the Metering Sector for our Technical Customer Service department within the Technology division, starting as soon as possible.

Your new tasks will include:

Performing data entry and maintenance in the workforce management system as part of work preparation for field service
Monitoring of meter change cycles and switching processes in the metering sector
Controlling, monitoring and coordinating the proper supply chain for gateways in the warehouse
Maintenance and control of technical information in SAP IS-U
Processing of telephone and written inquiries from customers and market partners

We expect from you:

Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with a strong technical understanding or alternatively as an electrician (m/f/d) with a strong commercial understanding
Ideally, knowledge of market communication, switching processes in the metering sector (WiM) and intelligent metering systems (iMS)
Experience with data exchange processes in the energy industry is desirable
User knowledge of SAP IS-U and specialized software is advantageous
