Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Internal customer support Maintenance of offer, order and customer data in the ERP system ProAlpha Preparation and follow-up of offers Support of sales and technical project planning in order processing Creation of presentations and marketing materials Requests for technical machine components from suppliers Organization of customer visits Support in organizing business trips Representation at the reception and telephone switchboard Your profile: Completed commercial training with experience in the described field of activity High affinity for working with ERP systems, knowledge of the ProAlpha system would be desirable Good communication skills, confident handling of customers Good team player, flexibility regarding work content, independent and results-oriented work approach Very good English skills, both written and spoken Our offer: You will find a versatile and responsible position with personal development opportunities in a friendly and open working environment with short decision-making paths.
