    Roles & Responsibilities:

    The Programmer Analyst II develops, designs, implements and documents modifications to both vendor supplied and in-house operating systems to meet specific needs of the installation.

    Responsibilities
    • Works from or writes specifications to develop or modify software programs that will improve the efficiency of the operating system.
    • Develops logic, codes, tests and debugs software packages defined by higher-level software programmers or self.
    • Modifies, tests and debugs vendor supplied utilities, packages and engineering releases to better suit them to the operating environment.
    • Assists in developing and modifying relatively complex software, such as routines supporting multi programming, telecommunications and file management.
    • May provide assistance and training to other Programmers.
    • Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
    • 3+ years of experience in systems programming, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • Substantial level of programming knowledge and ability, with languages such as C#, .NET, PHP, Oracle PL/SQL, or Java
    • Full stack web development experience
    • Experience working with SQL and SSRS
    • Experience working with JavaScript, Some exposure to modern UI language is a plus (ex. Angular or React)
    • Familiarity with MVC Framework
    • Minimum of 2 year of experience with modern DevOps tools, such as Git, GitHub, and/or Jenkins
    • Performing and troubleshooting applications and systems
