Quilcene Job Description:
As a member of our team at Quilcene, your responsibilities will include:

  • Construction, modification, and repair of equipment and fixtures for new and existing facilities, while adhering to budget and schedule requirements and meeting the specifications outlined in the project brief
  • Manufacturing and commissioning of equipment components based on design drawings
  • Independently analyzing and resolving errors and weaknesses
  • Collaborating with the team on optimization and modernization of equipment
  • Contributing to continuous improvement processes and implementing all relevant knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Education: Completed training as an industrial mechanic or equivalent qualification in the plastics industry
  • Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and integrate into a team, assertiveness and resilience, structured work behavior
  • Knowledge: Experience in special machine construction, knowledge of metal materials, and solid knowledge of machining processes
This position is available immediately. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
