I have had hormonal problems since birth and have been going to the gym and doing maintenance sports and using machines such as bikes, weights, and rowing for years. I have congenital hypoparathyroidism and have lost 21 kilos, but have gained back 4 which I am struggling to lose. I have a healthy diet but retain a lot of fluids. A while ago, my body fat and fluid levels were measured and I had 12% body fat and 20% fluid. Thank you.
