Due to high traffic and growth GREGORY AUTO GROUP is looking to hire a Parts and Service Advisor for their Mitsubishi store.

Dealership Experience is a MUST


Parts/Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:

• Service Advisors / Service Consultants greet customers and complete service request form; suggest services and specials
• Prioritize required services and provide options
• Document services declined and ask for followup on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle
• Providing Technicians / Customers with parts
• Ordering / stocking parts
• Generating new Wholesale accounts and Maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.
• Generating estimates based on work needed
• Answering questions related to parts
• Providing exceptional Customer Service both in person and over the phone

Parts/Service Advisor - Requirements:

• Parts Department Experience a MUST
• Dealership Experience is a MUST
• Luxury Experience is a PLUS
• Must be a team player
• Good knowledge of cars required
• Computer proficient
• Valid driver's license
