Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing property files
- Handle inquiries and communications with homeowners and vendors in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with HOA regulations and other legal requirements
- Support property maintenance activities and coordinate repairs as needed
- Assist in resolving homeowner conflicts and addressing customer concerns promptly
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports
Experience:
- Experience working with property management software is a plus
- Knowledge of HOA programs and procedures
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with property contracts and legal administrative processes
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain positive customer relationships
- Basic understanding of property maintenance practices
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
