Calculator (m/f/d) for construction for diverse projects in the areas of turnkey construction, building in existing structures, and commercial real estate in Glen Arbor, MI.

Your responsibilities as a Calculator (m/f/d):

Contributing to optimal pricing and cost management
Conducting site visits and creating construction site plans and schedules
Preparing, bidding, and postcalculation of construction projects, creating cost estimates and dividing into bidding units
Identifying risks and areas for optimization in bidding documents and providing competent and collaborative advice to clients
Adhering to general regulations and guidelines (VOB, DIN standards, EN standards, etc.)
Assessing and evaluating the expected execution methods during the bidding phase
Providing customer consultation during the bidding phase

Your profile:

Degree in civil engineering, architecture (m/f/d), or a technical construction training, with previous work experience
Ability to work independently and find solutions, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with project participants
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency
