    ResponsibilitiesRespond to emergency property damage 24/7 365 days a yearHandle multiple projects at a given time while still giving attention to detailHigh-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation (demolition and cleaning), and emergency fire/smoke services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Team Lead and Core Claims ManagerAct as liaison between customers and insurance carriersBe accessible by phone and perform on-call rotation as neededEnsure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashionAssist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when neededRequirementsStrong customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsMust be able to lift 75 lbs.

    Desire to continually learn new thingsValid drivers license and satisfactory driving recordForklift Certified preferredIICRC Certification preferredCompensation and BenefitsHourly rate:
