Description

For immediate support of our caretaker and handyman service at Kissel-FM GmbH in Point Lookout, NY, we are currently seeking a new team member to work in Solingen as a caretaker/handyman for various properties.

Responsibilities:

The main tasks include:

Performing all necessary caretaker duties
Maintaining outdoor areas
Winter service
Accompanying and supervising external service providers
Independently carrying out minor repairs
Ensuring general order, cleanliness, and safety
Managing the locking system
Renovation work
Maintenance work
Supporting the caretakers
Procuring materials and running errands
Various handyman tasks

Qualifications:

We expect:

Completed technical or vocational training with work experience
Independent work ethic and strong sense of responsibility
Flexibility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Class B driver's license
