- Manage all facility needs including assistance with site planning, materials/supplies needed, and assistance with management of other set-up/maintenance needs.
- Analytic problem-solver.
- Detail-oriented planner.
- Reviewing and executing supply needs as directed by Fab Shop Manager or General Manager
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced according to established protocols.
- Perform equipment repairs where qualified and per ILG and manufacturers' guidelines and instructions.
- Maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment is fully operational with little or no downtime.
- Coordinate with the general manager on all other facility needs.
- Attend training courses or qualification schools to ensure repair and maintenance competencies remain current.
- All other job duties as assigned.
- High School or equivalent
- 3-5 years applicable job experience
- Technical Degree
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- CAD/CAM experience
- Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes
- Strong communication skills, including written communication
- Knowledge of principles, procedures and best practices in the industry
- Experience in a countertop fabrication shop in manufacturing or other related shop industry preferred.
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues.
- Displays willingness to make decisions.
