    Job Overview:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
    • Conducting pre-screening of online employment applications and administering pre-employment tests.
    • Providing general administrative support, managing confidential information, and handling HR-related inquiries.
    • Preparing necessary paperwork for new hires, maintaining employee files, and processing HR documents.
    • Performing data entry tasks and meeting with the public as needed.


    Job Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree with 2 years of HR experience, or Associate degree with 4 years of HR experience.
    • Knowledge of the recruitment process, proficiency in computer skills, and experience with HRIS operations.
    • Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and willing to work flexible hours.
    • Occupational License required per Illinois Gaming Act regulations.
