Venture NY Property Management is based in Long Island City and we manage around 100 properties across New York & New Jersey.

We are a growing Property Management firm looking for the perfect fit to our company. We are looking for someone responsible, experienced and computer savvy.


Responsibilities:

*Assisting With Customer Inquires

*New Client Transitions

*Organizing files

*Among Other Responsibilities


Requirements:

*PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE A PLUS

*Training Will Be Provided As Needed


Pay & Perks:
*$15 to $25 per hour salary (Based On Experience)
*Sick & Personal Days
*All Major Holidays Observed
*Paid Vacation
*Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm
*Future Added Perks Based On Seniority


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
