    As the Data Practice Leader, you will be the primary liaison for all Data & AI engagements, serving as the main point of contact for client concerns and requirements. You will be responsible for managing large strategic accounts, exceeding $10M in revenue, with a focus on fostering growth and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

    Job Title: Data Practice Leader

    Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strong ability to handle inquiries and requests from customers promptly, addressing their needs effectively.
    • Ability to manage accounts to ensure services are delivered within budget and aligned with client requirements.
    • Regularly meet with team members to review progress and identify opportunities for business enhancement.
    • Generate comprehensive progress reports for clients and senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize revenue.
    • Manage organizational deliverables using industry-standard methods, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, effectively juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Craft Statement of Work, Proposals, Master Services Agreements, and Service Level Objectives to meet client needs and expectations.
    • Take ownership of managing revenue for assigned clients, including profit and loss analysis.
    • Engage with global practice and solution teams to secure high-value contracts and deliver exceptional outcomes.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insight to drive mutual success.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing large strategic accounts, exceeding $10M in revenue.
    • Strong background in Data & AI solutions, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
    • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Proficiency in crafting various documents, including Statements of Work, Proposals, and Master Services Agreements.
    • Ability to manage revenue and profit and loss for assigned accounts effectively.
    • Collaborative mindset with the capability to engage with global teams to achieve shared objectives.
    • Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and driving value.
