- Develop and implement quality standards and guidelines
- Monitor and improve quality metrics and key performance indicators
- Lead internal and external quality audits
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor employees on quality processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field required. Advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management or life sciences (analytical/microbiological) in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- FDA/EPA/Regulatory Experience and Knowledge
- The following certifications are preferred but NOT required: Six Sigma Belt, American Society for Quality (ASQ), Certfied Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor
