As a Business Analyst, you will become part of the "Processes and Digitalization" department in the Sales division. Together, we ensure that our business partners and sales colleagues enjoy working with our systems and processes.

To achieve this, we develop an understanding of the sales needs and incorporate it into our project portfolio and IT development processes.

This involves working with offer and inventory processes (including BiPRO and agent portal) for independent agents and support processes for our b2b support team (CRM).
