You love what you do, now love where you do it.We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our Oncology team Joining a team of chemotherapy-certified pharmacists and technicians, you will deliver clinical pharmacy services, drug information, and pharmacotherapy monitoring to our diverse patient population. With close attention to detail, you will review drug orders and check work completed by ancillary personnel in the department. As a drug expert and consultant to physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital personnel, you will be responsible for direct patient care activities, providing comprehensive medication management, participating in pharmacy student and resident education, and providing quality assurance reviews of drug utilization throughout the hospital.
The oncology clinical services pharmacy branch is comprised of adult, pediatric inpatient and ambulatory care patients receiving oncology therapy– as well as clinical trials involving investigational therapies that are approved by our Institutional Review Board (IRB).
