is offering Level 1 Technical Support Coordinator specializing in supporting client phone systems while practicing professional customer service skills and troubleshooting techniques.

A comprehensive and thorough training period will be provided however, IT, Microsoft office, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and customer service experience is preferred.

The position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Troubleshooting client's issues in a professional and timely manner
Ability to learn Blink's troubleshooting techniques, tools, and software
Managing support tickets and client information in salesforce
Practicing professional customer service skills
Practicing and employing a professional demeanor with other employees in the company
