Dishwasher Job Summary:

Support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests
Maintain the cleanliness of all flatware, pots, pans, and serving trays in addition to assisting in meal prep and busing tables on a needed basis
Monitor dish machine temperatures in daily log to maintain compliance
Maintain cleanliness of dish machine area

Qualifications:

Previous fine dining or culinary experience preferred
Desire to learn and grow
Ability to handle multiple tasks
