Part-time Everyday Heroes Wanted Heroines too:

If you have a pedagogical education, want to combine your professional and private life, and have a spare room in your house or apartment, you have the first requirements to become an everyday hero/heroine.

Provide children and teenagers with a temporary or permanent home within your own home, in accordance with the Social Code Book VIII, - 34.

Your responsibilities:

Care for 12 children in your own home, which serves as a workplace.
Cooperation with schools, training facilities, offices, and authorities.
Comprehensive support for children in learning social skills in all areas of life.
Work with parents in cooperation with the professional counseling team.

We are looking for a team member (m/f/d) who:

Enjoys working with children and teenagers and is willing to professionally support them according to their individual needs.
Shows respect and a strengthsbased approach when interacting with young people.
Independently shapes the daily routine with the children.
Provides guidance and support on their journey of growth.
Is decisive and able to handle stress.
Is willing to have a flexible work schedule.
Contributes with enthusiasm and joy to the development, content design, and implementation of the concept.
