Part-time Everyday Heroes Wanted Heroines too:


If you have a pedagogical education, want to combine your professional and private life, and have a spare room in your house or apartment, you have the first requirements to become an everyday hero/heroine.

Provide children and teenagers with a temporary or permanent home within your own home, in accordance with the Social Code Book VIII, - 34.


Your responsibilities:


  • Care for 12 children in your own home, which serves as a workplace.
  • Cooperation with schools, training facilities, offices, and authorities.
  • Comprehensive support for children in learning social skills in all areas of life.
  • Work with parents in cooperation with the professional counseling team.

We are looking for a team member (m/f/d) who:

  • Enjoys working with children and teenagers and is willing to professionally support them according to their individual needs.
  • Shows respect and a strengthsbased approach when interacting with young people.
  • Independently shapes the daily routine with the children.
  • Provides guidance and support on their journey of growth.
  • Is decisive and able to handle stress.
  • Is willing to have a flexible work schedule.
  • Contributes with enthusiasm and joy to the development, content design, and implementation of the concept.
