    Description

With our specialization of filling Human Resources Jobs in Chicago IL, the Arlington Resources team has established relationships with the highest caliber of professionals in the field.

    Our client located in Wheeling, IL (on-site) is seeking a Director of Human Resources.

    Responsibilities:

    · Directs all HR functions for corporate and manufacturing locations

    · Responsible for employee and labor relations including contract negotiations

    · Manage talent acquisition, onboarding and new hire orientation programs

    · Coordinate companywide training and development programs

    · Management of annual review process and compensation

    · Maintain compliance

    Qualifications:

    · Manufacturing experience in a family owned company.

    · 15+ years of progressive HR experience

    · Strong business sense

    · Previous multi-site experience, corporate and plant HR experience.
