    Description

    Warehouse Shift Supervisor

    **Location:** Bethlehem, PA 18020

    **Pay:** $65,000 to $70,000

    **Shift:** 7am - 7pm

    Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & every other Wednesday.

    **Required Skills:**

    + Managing team of 12 forklift operators and clerks

    + Navigate Microsoft Office Applications and WMS

    + Enforce KPIs, coaching and give constructive feedback

    + Crown Forklift

    **Summary:**

    Forklift Operators - Will operate Stand Up forklift to do inbound and out bounds/loading and unloading trucks. Picking full pallets and putting product away.

    + Attention to detail, dealing with FDA regulated products

    + Quality is much more important that quantity

    + Need to be able to pick up mistakes, ensure GMP/SOPs are followed

    **Environment:**

    Large 500,000 square ft. warehouse. 40 employees, Semi-climate controlled, brand new facility.

    Air conditioning in summer but, no heat in winter (product always needs to be

    below a certain temperature)
