    ****Position Summary****

    In this role, you will be responsible for executing all day to day operating activities of the Allentown Mixing Center. This involves safe and secure storage of inventory and accurate, timely shipment of customer orders at minimum cost over the long term. Responsible for adherence to company policies (personnel, labor relations, financial controls, safety, quality assurance, etc.) and for implementing improvements within distribution operations.

    Identify needs for personnel, systems and equipment to support operations.

    Identify cost reduction opportunities.

    Responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse to include, which include picking and shipping customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion, ensuring proper rotation of all stock as outlined by NPPC standards, and ensuring all storage of inventories is safe and secure.

    Conducting daily/weekly house keeping and sanitation inspections.

    Maintain a healthy labor relations environment and positive attitude on the part of all personnel working in the Mixing Center.

    Administer coaching, training, and discipline as needed in regard to established policies.

    **Requirements:**

    High school diploma or GED.

    3+ years experience in a warehousing and/or distribution environment

    **Skills:**

    Experience in inventory computer systems.

    Experience supervising in a union environment helpful.

    Proven leadership, time management, task management and problem solving skills.
