- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and production
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including banquet and catering services
- Experience in food preparation and production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
Pay:
$72, $85,000.00 per year
