- Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level.
- Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner
- Competent in all aspects of plumbing repair including; leak location, tankless water heaters, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sewage pumps, drain cleaning and drain line replacement.
- Be willing to share expertise with other team members, especially apprentices
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
- Ability to troubleshoot service issues.

This is not your typical old-school plumbing shop- we are a fast-paced and one-of-a-kind operation. We work together to make our customers happy and get the calls run- so we can go home to our families
Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Plumbing and Drain Technician. Must be experienced in repairs on piping systems, snaking/jetting drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and expect all of our Plumbers to be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues, make the repairs, and test the systems to ensure they work correctly.
