Description
Are you passionate about heavy machinery? As a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) at Cambridge, you will be at the center of our operations, responsible for the smooth operation of our paper processing machines and equipment.
In your training, you will learn every detail of our production process. Your main task will be to set up, operate, and control the machines and equipment necessary for production processing. You will also perform quality control checks and be responsible for maintaining the machines. Additionally, you will be responsible for upgrading our machines when there are technical updates.
You will be needed in various areas, such as operating the roll cutting machines, equipment for rolling and packing, and format equipment for cross cutting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a good secondary school diploma
- Mechanical and technical understanding
- Interest in technical developments
- Sense of responsibility
- Ability to think in processes and connections
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in shifts
What to expect:
- Competitive salary according to collective agreement: 1,197 in the 1st year, 1,263 in the 2nd year
