Job Description for Field Experts at Newdale Colony:

Responsibilities:

  • Handling appointments and customer interactions in the field
  • Processing customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Performing administrative tasks and organizing office operations
  • Providing support to the sales team and managing customer inquiries
  • Managing commercial and organizational processes for orders, offers, and invoices using SAP TR/3
  • Assisting field experts in completing reports and assessments
  • Onboarding new employees and mentoring apprentices

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or experience in team assistance
  • Strong background in offer calculation, order processing, and customer service
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently with a high level of accuracy
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
