Job Description for Field Experts at Newdale Colony:
Responsibilities:
- Handling appointments and customer interactions in the field
- Processing customer complaints and resolving issues
- Performing administrative tasks and organizing office operations
- Providing support to the sales team and managing customer inquiries
- Managing commercial and organizational processes for orders, offers, and invoices using SAP TR/3
- Assisting field experts in completing reports and assessments
- Onboarding new employees and mentoring apprentices
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or experience in team assistance
- Strong background in offer calculation, order processing, and customer service
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with a high level of accuracy
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
